Service Description

This 8 week online program includes 6 different workouts/ week, nutrition and mindful goals each week, as well as helping you navigate through meditation and gratitude as you put your body through physically demanding exercises. The workouts include components of strength, high intensity interval training, varied cardio, and programmed active rest days to get you moving and feeling great! A perfect workout for ALL LEVELS and priced at less than $10 per week of workouts! Lets get your body and mind ALIGNED TO THRIVE!
