"I was in a slump, I had lost motivation to work out and wasn't seeing the results I had been with my old routine.  So when a friend of mine mentioned that he had started Shannons 8 week program I figured I would give it a try. It was exactly what I needed to get back into the gym and start seeing results again.  My past routines were based on traditional splits, and I never incorporated super sets.
